Grant Funds Available
CORE Development, Inc. has grant funds available for Down Payment Assistance for income eligible home buyers from the Nebraska Affordable Housing Trust Fund. These funds can be utilized by eligible home buyers wishing to purchase a home within one of the following communities: Brunswick, Chambers, Clearwater, Elgin, Ewing, Inman, Neligh, Oakdale, Orchard, Page and Royal---and all of Antelope County. The goal of the down payment assistance grant is to assist 14 homeowners in purchasing homes within the participating communities. The down payment assistance grant will have a completion date of August, 2007. Persons who are interested in participating in the down payment assistance grant can pick up an application at any of the participating community's villlage/city offices or contact:
